Building Community: Conversations about Safety, Justice, and Civic Well-Being
On Friday December 12, AP Language students at Manual High School hosted an event to build community and begin a conversation around the unrest in our country after the grand jury decisions in Missouri and New York.
The students wrote speeches, and the top seven students presented their speeches to an audience made up of leaders and decision-makers in Colorado. Here are links to the 7 speeches presented:
